Annie’s Story

Level 3 Therapist & SoleMassage Teaching Assistant

Annie has been part of THE SPACE since 2021, and from early on, she brought a steadiness to both her sessions and the learning environment.

As a Level 3 therapist, Annie supports SoleMassage Level One trainings alongside Mariah, assisting with the first two days of class and guiding students through the “feet-on” portions where the work begins to land in their own bodies.

Her role is hands-on and highly engaged, offering real-time support as students learn to organize themselves and apply the work safely.

Annie’s teaching style is assertive, kind, and steady. She has a sharp eye for body mechanics and offers precise, technical feedback while helping students stay regulated and encouraged.

She’s especially skilled at grounding nervous students, reinforcing what’s working, and giving praise that feels specific and earned.

Working closely within the class container, Annie helps maintain clarity, pacing, and focus, making sure students feel supported as they build confidence in barefoot massage.

Her presence adds structure and calm authority to the learning space.
